Hello NRG Parents, Players, and Family. Before ordering prints or products, let me share some notes, to make the process easier.

• The Club has provided a roster of each player which was used to copy & paste onto each player photo. However, if you find a spelling error, please email or use the Contact Us link and send the Team Name, Uniform # and correct spelling, and I’ll make the changes and republish the image. 
  
  
• Package C (includes a Memory Mate) and the Stand-alone Memory Mate, both have a text field for the Player's Position. Please use the Special Instructions box at the end of the check-out process to add the Position.
  If no Position is provided, I'll add "Volleyball" in the field so as not to leave a blank area on the print.

• The default ordering options are the "Packages," however there are Ala-cart and other product options when clicking the Prints, Mugs and Speciality items.

• With most packages, you have the option to choose each photo for the Package, for example, 5x7 Individual, 5x7 Team and 8 wallets. Select the first image, then click Next, and choose the next photo, etc.
• Hovering your mouse pointer over a package displays the items & quantities in the package/product.

• There's a Digital Products option to order a high resolution print ready image.
  • These are cropped (sized) to 8x10 format unless otherwise specified in the Special Instructions box at check-out.
• There's a new product available called the Billboard. It is an 8x12 print with individual photo and graphics.

• One final note, a few of the teams have some "extra" or buddy photos in their event which are not extracted. If ordered, the image will be extracted and placed on the same background.
