Hello NRG Parents, Players, and Family. Before ordering prints or products, let me share some notes, to make the process easier.

• The Club provided a roster of each player which was used to copy & paste names onto each player photo.
• However, if you find a spelling error or prefer a “nickname”, please email me or use the Contact Us link and send the Team Name, Uniform # and correct spelling, and I’ll make the changes for you.

Memory Mates

Package C includes an 8x10 printed Memory Mate.

• The stand-alone Memory Mate has a text field for the Player's Position.
• Please use the Special Instructions box at the end of the check-out process to add one Position.

If no Position is provided, I'll add "Volleyball" in the field so not to leave a blank area on the print. 

Packages & Speciality Items

The default ordering option is "Packages," however there are Ala-cart and other product options when clicking the Prints, Mugs and Specialty items.

Multiple Photo Package 

With most packages, you have the option to choose each photo for the Package, for example, 5x7 Individual, 5x7 Team and 8 wallets, etc. Select the first image, then click Next, and choose the next photo, etc. Unless otherwise noted in the Special Instructions Box, all Packages come with the traditional Team Photo.

• The multiple image option gives you the opportunity to select the "Funny" Team Photo if you prefer it instead.
• Hovering your mouse pointer over a package displays the items & quantities in the package/product.

New Digital Option

New this year, are packages which include a digital individual photo with a white background.

• These are identified by Package with A2, B2, C2, etc., in the package description.
• You’ll receive a link to download a high-resolution image with a white background with your order.
• These can be used for your own personal designs, social media posts, etc.
• These files should be downloaded to a Computer/Laptop as they are large files.

Digital Products

 There's a Digital Products option to order a high-resolution print ready image.

• These are cropped (sized) to 8x10 print format unless otherwise specified in the Special Instructions box at check-out.
• They are sized so you can print 8x10 or 5x7 prints.
• These should be downloaded to a Computer as they are large files.

 Extra Buddy and Silly Photos

 A few of the teams may have "extra" or "buddy/sibling" photos in their event which were not be extracted at publication date.

• If ordered, the image(s) will be extracted and placed on the same volleyball background.
